Membership Refund, Exchange and Lost Ticket Policy Refunds: All non-complimentary/purchased tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges: Members are allowed to exchange any future date tickets for an alternate date. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed, and is subject to a first come, first served basis. Exchanges may be made by calling your designated Membership Ticketing Hotline noted above or visiting the Museum’s Membership desk. For Student, Individual, Senior and Family Members only one ticket exchange transaction per membership will be allowed for each exhibition at no charge. Any additional exchanges will incur a $3.75 fee per order. All exchange requests must be made five business days prior to the date of the event on the tickets currently being held. Annual Fund Donors are allowed multiple ticket exchanges for each exhibition at no charge. All exchange requests must be made two business days prior to the date of the event on the tickets currently being held. Lost Tickets: Lost Member tickets can be replaced for all membership levels. To replace your tickets, call your designated Membership Ticketing Hotline noted above, or visit the Museum’s Membership desk on site on the day of your visit. Members will be charged the original cost of each ticket to replace each lost ticket. Additional Tickets: To obtain additional tickets, please call your designated Member Ticketing Hotline, or visit the Membership Desks at the South or East Entrances of the Museum during your next visit. Members are limited to the number of free or discounted tickets stipulated for their membership level. Additional tickets are available at the Museum’s retail rate. Advance Tickets: All Member tickets reserved in advance are held at the Museum's South Entrance Membership Desk for pickup the day on the viewing.
